At Sullitt, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
A refund will not be provided if the products are returned in poor condition or appear worn.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sullitt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

Shipping Costs:
A Amount of 250 Rupees for COD and 150 Rupees for Prepaid reverse shipment charge is applicable for all returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
